I have only had the Telo for less than a month now and have only found a few issues. Reading the support forum of all the issues/problems other users have is very time consuming and I think the majority of user problems are due to their ISP, modems or routers. However, there are numerous bugs that “sometimes” a Ooma representative will acknowledge is a known problem. Most software/hardware companies will publish known issues, workarounds and fixes rather than hide the bugs. It would be very beneficial to be able to search for issues and status rather than wasting time calling and getting past level 1 support or reading this forum and never really knowing for some topics if their issue was resolved or not, or if the issue is a confirmed bug.
